I believe that health and happiness are what everyone - thin, obese, average - should be aiming for and no-one - thin, obese, average - should be discriminated against on the basis of their weight or appearance. It's an approach called Health At Every Size. As someone who’s been both extremely skinny (read: anorexic) and overweight in the past, I’ve experienced discrimination left and right.
